This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member." In order to use the kolhapurchitpavansangh.com Service you must register as a member on the Website/ community sites/ mobile applications.

If at any time kolhapurchitpavansangh.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation kolhapurchitpavansangh.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or  right to use the Service, without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

2. Registration

Similarly Registration of Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our Site. kolhapurchitpavansangh.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of kolhapurchitpavansangh.com and nor use the  kolhapurchitpavansangh.com Service or members data for any commercial purpose, and kolhapurchitpavansangh.com reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation.

3. Account security

Registered member shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation with combination of alphabets, both upper and lower case and numbers.

We are under obligation only to provide an interface to its registered members to search their prospect themselves without any help from third parties. (The profile search conducted by any member and the matches shown thereof are automatically generated and based on the partner preference set by you.)

We cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of the data available from the service or from website.

 We shall safeguard sensitive user information using security standards,authentication mechanisms, access controls and encryption techniques.

We do not authenticate/endorse any information of any profile and hence you as a user need to verify the credentials and information provided by other users.

5.Role and Responsibility of Member's of  kolhapurchitpavansangh. com

1. You, shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation with combination of alphabets, both upper and lower case and numbers.

2. You are requested to verify the credentials of the prospect, exercise due care and caution regarding their profile information which includes marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc. and satisfy yourself before making a choice of your match.  kolhapurchitpavansangh. com shall not be liable for any misrepresentations made by any of its members.

3.Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and kolhapurchitpavansangh.com shall not be liable for same.

4. The members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrollment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc. Non - disclosure at the time of enrollment shall be treated as violation of the terms and conditions.

 

5. kolhapurchitpavansangh.com Members are advised to refrain from :

i. Entering into any financial transactions with prospects.

ii. Using abusive language when they communicate with the other Members

iii. being discriminative or using racial comments etc.

iv. Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other.

v. Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.

vi. violating any law for the time being in force.

6. The members are expected to visit  http://kolhapurchitpavansangh.com/matrimony/com for understanding the safety measures on partner search and awareness towards online safety.

7. The Members are expected to be aware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.

8. The members agrees that for getting effective search results of prospects on Website/App you will regularly log in to the profile maintained in the Website/App and send expression of interest which is an automated messages to prospects and in the event you have availed paid package, you can send personalized messages to prospects to show your expression of interest/replies.

9. You also agree that while accessing / using the Website/App, you will be guided by the terms and conditions of the Website/App including but not limited to the use of feature of website /App like chat with prospect, enhancing privacy settings (photo/phone number) or for viewing social and professional profile of members on  etc.

 

10. If the Member fails to update in website/App, any change in the particulars furnished in their profile then the  membership may be suspended by kolhapurchitpavansangh.com at its sole discretion.

11. The member shall, in case of finalization of his/her/their Registrant’s marriage, delete their profile by themselves or intimate kolhapurchitpavansangh.com for removal/deletion of their profile.

12.  Members agree to use secure devices, software and networks in a private place for accessing the  services.

13. The member shall not use any kind of automated processes/programs/scripts to use, communicate or respond with other members on  Website/App.

14.. You shall also not make any payment / transfer any amount to account of any employees. All payments shall be made only to  kolhapurchitpavansangh.com account.

15. The members are expected to approach to resolve their complaints and grievances and shall not publish their grievance/complaints on any social media.

 

6. Medium of Communication  with  Members

The member agrees and acknowledges that kolhapurchitpavansangh.com shall use the e-mails, phone number etc provided by the member as a medium of communication.

The member agrees and acknowledges that kolhapurchitpavansangh.com may by way of e-mail, voice call, recorded call, SMS etc provide information of additional or new activities provided by it. The member agrees and acknowledges that the mobile number provided by him/her is not registered with " Do not Disturb" category.

 

 

7.Mode of Payment

* The Payment made by way of cash / UPI/ Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card/ RTGS/ NEFT/ would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid membership service shall be subject to realization of the said payment. However the said payment made to the kolhapurchitpavansangh.com is only to access the profiles which are uploaded by other members on the website or App. 

*  The member also acknowledges and accepts that if a situation arises or due to some technical error where the account is activated before realisation of payment then kolhapurchitpavansangh.com has every right to deactivate such account without notice.

8. Refund and Assignment

A. The payments made by any member to  kolhapurchitpavansangh.com by way of membership / renewal fee / auto renewal are treated as NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

B. The member shall not assign or transfer their membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions.

C. Payment once made cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other packages provided by kolhapurchitpavansangh.com

9.Renewal

A. We automatically renew all paid Memberships before the expiry of the term of the paid Membership. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal.

B. When you first subscribe for your paid Membership, you acknowledge that when your paid Membership expires it will automatically renew for the duration and at the last paid price.

C.  If you do not want your paid membership to automatically renew, you may cancel auto renewation of your paid membership.

10. Membership Packages

We have various premium membership packages. The member shall opt for any of our premium membership packages varying between Three months to One year with differing price to access various features.

11. Privacy of Membership

To protect your privacy and understand our practices as amended from time to time , please read and follow our Privacy Policy which also governs your visit to  kolhapurchitpavansangh.com and other websites owned by it.

14.  Disputes between Members

1. In the event you file a false complaint against another prospect on our Website /App and consequently we have suspended/deleted that prospects profile based on your complaint, then we reserve our right to initiate appropriate legal (Civil/Criminal) action against you and claim any and all costs expenses from you, for such irresponsible/misrepresentation/illegal/unlawful action.

2. The Members are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with prospect or vice versa.

3.kolhapurchitpavansangh.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any monetary transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any members inter se via e-mail, chat, interaction, Whatsapp or any other medium of communication between  members either using website /App or otherwise.

4. kolhapurchitpavansangh.com has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the members, and kolhapurchitpavansangh.com shall not be party to any such dispute/litigation etc.

5. You acknowledge and confirm that you will not bring or participate in any class action or other class proceeding in connection with any dispute with kolhapurchitpavansangh.com

6. The Parties shall discuss among themselves and resolve any disputes informally. We are requested in attempting to resolve any Disputes by amicable and informal means.

15. Limitation of liability and Indemnity

1. kolhapurchitpavansangh.com or its Office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible to the member or his/her authorized Representative or Registrant or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages resulting from the use of our Website/App/Third Party Website/ services.

4. kolhapurchitpavansangh.com or its office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable, if any, for the member entering into financial transaction with any other  Member or any third party.

5. kolhapurchitpavansangh.com or its office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable, if any, for any members not responding/reciprocating when you approach them for matrimonial alliance.

6. kolhapurchitpavansangh.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting and/or in connection with the kolhapurchitpavansangh.com Service.

3. have violated this Terms and conditions or

4. have misappropriated the name, email address, contact no or other personally identifiable information of another member created a profile on our website /App by impersonation/ fake/ bogus/ false/ misrepresentation/ without consent of the person whoes profile is being registered or use only part information including using photo of third parties without the permission of such third parties or act with other members/employees in indecent/improper manner,

5. If  kolhapurchitpavansangh.com receives any complaint against you and consequently we have suspended/deleted your profile in good faith, then we shall not be liable to you in any manner whatsoever, including for any loss, costs, expenses, or consequence, if any

6.. Upon termination / suspension of membership, your right to use or access the Website/App services will cease immediately. Termination of your access / use of our Services shall not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Kolhapur, India and the laws of India will govern the membership and any violation of the terms and conditions provided herein.

Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are subject to Courts of appropriate jurisdiction in Kolhapur, India. You hereby explicitly agree for Kolhapur Court's jurisdiction for any Disputes that may arise.
